“Juanita”! This mare will melt your heart, she is as sweet as she is pretty. Her easy temperament is what has always stood out to us. No matter what we do with her she doesn’t put her rider in an unsafe position. We say she is very gelding-like mare; easy to get along with in the herd and generally low drama. We have ensured that she has a strong foundation both on the ground and in the saddle; her disposition has made our job very easy.
Juanita has been exposed to various environments. Ranching, roping, obstacles, kids, traffic, and competition. We love ranching off all of our horses at some point, which she has excelled in. She is a handy little rope horse, in fast and slow situations. She is soft in your hand and doesn’t look to take advantage greener riders. She has all the athleticism to specialize in a performance sport, and the experience to know you can trust her out on the trail.
She has the cutest and most comfortable little jog and lope. We want our horses to have longevity, so we don’t drill them into the ground when they are young. Our biggest goal is to make a horse safe and gentle for anyone to be around them, so that wherever they end up going they will be set up for success.
