Sale Rules

Buy Backs/No Sales |

All consigners must give minimums to Mesa at the sale meeting Saturday morning. Commission will be owed on last bid, no exceptions.  When giving minimums you must indicate if that is a hard number or if you are willing to get within $1,000 range. The sale staff will be responsible for buying any horses back that do not reach their minimums. Minimums are not required, but if you do not submit a number your horse will sell with no reserve, no exceptions.

We will provide a list of any horses that do not sell at the sale office Sunday morning.  We encourage any sellers who did not get their horses sold to stay through Sunday and sale staff will continue to assist in selling your horse privately.

Part of the feedback we have received from potential buyers is that they have never bought through an auction format and get too intimidated to bid.  We strive for this sale to encourage relationships between ourselves and consigners as well as the consignors and potential buyers.  Our number one goal is to create lifelong relationships that expand beyond Art of the Cowgirl.

Any horses that do not sell will have the option to be listed on artofthecowgirl.com for sale private treaty following the event
